The consortium / teams

The objective of the consortium is to provide the necessary management, technical services and marketing & project promotion to achieve the overall project objective namely:

In consultation with the Ministry for Gozo, prepare all detailed design and specification for the issue of the following tender documents:

• Building and provision of services for the decompression chamber facility;
• Purchase and installation of the decompression chamber;
• Training of personnel;
• Preparation of the Master Plan and necessary studies requested by the Malta Environmental and Planning Authority.

In the project, the Consortium is responsible to:

• Prepare all project implementation plans;
• Act as members of the adjudication board for tenders mentioned above;
• Plan and execute the marketing campaign within EU countries, promoting the diving tourism niche’ in Gozo.
• Carry out the necessary publicity to fulfil the spirit of EC regulations 1260/99 and 1159/2000;
• Manage the activities of this project to successful completion within the pre-set quality standards, within budget and stipulated timeframes.
